Personally Identifiable Information
Through your use of or visits to our websites, you may be required or requested to pro-vide personally identifiable information to us. Personally identifiable information is any piece of information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, social se-curity and tax identification numbers, and credit card or banking information.
ISO and Customer Information
In order to become an ISO or customer, you must provide biographical and contact in-formation (such as name, mailing address, telephone numbers, and email address) to us. ISO applicants must also provide personal information such as an applicant’s Social Se-curity Number or Federal Tax ID Number so that we may prepare and file necessary non-employee compensation forms for the IRS. ISOs and customers are also required to pro-vide payment information (such as credit card, debit card, or checking account infor-mation). We use this information to maintain contact with ISOs and customers, to process ISO and customer orders, and for billing purposes.
SuFru gathers and stores information that it collects through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of visitors to our websites (“users”), including cus-tomers, customers and ISOs. A profile is stored information that SuFru keeps on individ-ual users which details their viewing preferences. Profile information is tied to the user’s personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user.
Information Use & Sharing
Personally Identifiable Information
SuFru DOES NOT share personally identifiable information except with contracted ser-vice providers as may be necessary to: (a) process orders and/or returns and obtain payment; (b) complete an enrollment as an ISO or customer; and (c) maintain our genealogy database. We also provide personally identifiable information: (a) to upline ISO(s) as described in the Downline Genealogy Report section; and/or (b) to list the ISO on the Company’s ISO locator feature on the Company’s website; (c) to assign a sales or en-rollment lead to an ISO; and/or (d) to governmental agencies as required pursuant to law.
As a network marketing company, SuFru provides certain information to ISOs regarding the other ISOs and Customers enrolled in an ISO’s downline marketing organization. If you enroll as an ISO or Customer with SuFru, your name, address, email address, tele-phone number, and sales volume information will be provided to other ISOs as downline genealogy information. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with other ISOs. Information relating to downline ISOs is made available to SuFru ISO subject to a confidentiality and non-solicitation covenant in the agreement that each ISO enters into with SuFru. However SuFru does not warrant that other ISOs will adhere to the con-fidentiality and non-solicitation covenants, and SuFru shall not be responsible for ISOs’ violation of these covenants.
If you make a purchase from an ISO through this Site, we will provide the ISO to whom this Site is assigned with your name, contact information, a description of the item(s) purchased, and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personally iden-tifiable information will be shared with the ISOs.
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
SuFru may share aggregated demographic information with our partners, vendors, suppli-ers, third party providers, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifia-ble information.
Lead Assignment and ISO Locater Features
SuFru occasionally will assign prospective sales and new ISO leads to ISOs. In these cases, we may provide the lead with the appropriate ISO’s name and contact information and/or provide an ISO with the prospective lead’s name and contact information. In the future, SuFru may have an ISO Locator feature on its website. Pursuant to this feature, a prospective customer or new ISO can locate a nearby SuFru ISO. In order to make the ISO Locator feature and the lead assignments effective, the company may provide the prospective customer or new ISO with the ISO’s name and contact information, which may include his/her telephone number, address, and/or email address.
Legally Required Law Enforcement, Judicial and Administrative Agency Disclosures
SuFru will provide confidential and personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with judicial and administrative orders, subpoenas, Civil or Criminal Investiga-tive Demands, Administrative and Regulatory Demands and other legal obligations. In order for SuFru to conduct business in certain jurisdictions, SuFru must disclose certain personally identifiable and confidential information to regulatory authorities in those jurisdictions. Such information may include, but is not limited to, income information and personally identifiable information.
Communication From Us
Special Offers and Updates
SuFru sends all new ISOs and Customers a welcoming email to verify password, username, and acceptance of the ISO Agreement or Customer Agreement. We may con-tact new ISO’s at the provided telephone numbers via call or text. All ISOs and Custom-ers will occasionally receive information on the SuFru business, products, services, spe-cial deals. SuFru may contact you via email, text, newsletter, or any other forms of com-munication.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send ISOs and/or customers an email. Generally, ISOs may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promo-tional in nature.
ISO and Customer Service
SuFru communicates with ISOs and Customers via email, regular mail and telephone on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their Su-Fru business. SuFru communicates with customers with respect to products or services purchased by such customers from SuFru. Such communications may be by email, regu-lar mail, text message or telephone. SuFru also communicates with ISOs through leaving messages in ISOs’ Back-Offices.
Users are notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so users can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.
SuFru’s websites may contain links to or from other sites. Please be aware that SuFru is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by SuFru websites.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compli-ance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Pro-tection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
