Makes 4 servings
- 6 ounces light rum
- 12 fresh mint sprigs, chopped
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Club soda
- 4 lime wedges
In a cocktail shaker, mix together rim and lime juice.
Fill four tall glasses with fresh mint and ice. Pour rum and lime juice mixture over the ice. Top each glass off with club soda. Serve with a wedge of lime.
